How long will it take to get my order?
Your order is important to us! We strive to ship all orders within one business day. The cut-off time for same day shipment is 1:00pm Monday-Thursday and 12:00pm on Friday and Erev Yomim Tovim.

All orders submitted over the weekend will be processed on Monday. The state of Texas, Alabama, and Illinois have an extended transit time of 10-12 days. At peak times, (such as before the holidays), it can take a bit longer for your order to ship from our warehouse. At peak times (such as before the holidays) it can take a bit longer for your order to leave our warehouse. We ship through UPS, FedEX, LSO, and UDS; whoever will get you your package the most efficiently. Click on the map below to help you determine how long it takes from the time your order ships to the time it's delivered.


Can you ship to a PO Box address?
Regulations prohibit us from delivering alcohol to PO boxes so we are only able to ship your order to a physical address.

Where can you ship? 
Due to various state regulations that limit our ability to ship to we are unable cannot to ship to AR, KY, MS, and UT.

Note: While we can ship into the states of AL, TX and IL, there is an extended shipping delay for those shipments. Please allow up to 15 days for your shipment to be received.


Can I change my shipping address after I place my order?
Let us know as soon as possible if you need to make a change to the delivery address. We can easily change the shipping address before your order is processed. However, once the order has been processed we will need to re-route your package. A nominal fee may apply for this service.

Will my wine spoil or freeze while in transit?
We monitor the weather closely to ensure that the outside temperature does not jeopardize the integrity of the wine while en route. If we have any concerns due to extreme weather, either hot or cold, we will hold your shipment in our warehouse until the weather is suitable for shipping wine.

Signature Required: Do I need to be home to receive my order?
Federal regulations require an adult  to sign for all deliveries containing alcohol. THIS IS NOT A KOSHERWINE.COM REQUIREMENT THEREFORE, WE DO NOT HAVE THE ABILITY TO WAIVE THIS REQUIREMENT. We recommend signing up for UPS My Choice so you can monitor your shipment, you can also make changes to the delivery address once it has shipped.

If you are not home to receive your shipment, UPS will leave a note on your door and make two more delivery attempts. After the third failed attempt your wine will be returned to us. You may be responsible for the cost of re-shipping orders that are returned.

Tip: Our customers find that shipping their order to a business address increases the odds of a successful delivery on the first attempt.
